P235GH Seamless steel pipe

P235GH Seamless steel pipe
Product Introduction

P235GH is a European specified steel for boilers, pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The composition of EN 10216-2 steel makes it ideal for normal operating temperature rise applications, and the material is used by manufacturers throughout the natural gas, oil and petrochemical industries. P235GH is a normalizing carbon alloy steel. EN specification carbon steel tubes for high temperature service applications. Seamless carbon steel tubes in accordance with EN 10216-2 P235GH grade are reheated and supplied in full annealed, isothermal annealed or normalized and tempered states. EN 10216-2 P235GH grade carbon steel seamless tubes have typical chemical composition with a maximum of 0.30 chromium and a maximum of 0.08 molybdenum added. EN 10216-2 is made of carbon steel and low alloy steel and can withstand loads at very high pressures and temperatures. EN 10216 P235GH Used in the construction of electrical engineering equipment, such as heating coils, boilers, stoves, heaters, heat exchangers.

EN 10216-2 P235GH is a heat resistant pressure vessel steel as defined in EN 10028 systems. They are similar to EN 10216 P265GH, but have a lower carbon content and a higher manganese content. EN 10216 P235GH steel has lower yield strength and tensile strength than EN 10216-2 P265GH steel. The EN 10216 material is also designed for high temperature applications. EN 10216-2 materials have excellent cold and hot working properties. Therefore, it is used in pipes for carrying hot liquids. EN 10216 P235GH is a European specified steel for use in pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers. 10216-2 is the EN numerical name for this material. Carbon steel P235GH tube is the EN chemical name. EN 10216 has moderately low thermal conductivity in carbon steel. In addition, EN 10216-2 has moderately high ductility and fairly low tensile strength. The diameter of carbon steel EN 10216 pipe ranges from 21.3mm to 660mm, with a wall thickness of up to 100 mm in the case of hot rolling and 10.2 to 108 in diameter, and up to 12,5 mm in the case of cold drawing. EN10216-2 is manufactured in accordance with PN-EN10216-2 TC1 test (Requirement Level I) and TC2 (Requirement Level III).
