hot-rolled pickling products with high quality, high strength and low cost, and meet the requirements of automobiles and household appliances. Locomotive and road traffic industry demand, to achieve the "hot instead of cold" market demand.

The engineering design has an annual output of 2.8 million tons of commodity coils, including: hot-rolled acid pickling coils of 800,000 tons, product specifications 1.2~12.0*900~1650mm, the highest strength level reaching 780Mpa; cold-rolled coils of 1.6 million tons, product specifications 0.3~2.5*900~ 1850mm, the highest strength level reaching 980Mpa; hot-dipped galvanized coils of 400,000 tons, product specifications 0.3~2.5*900~1850mm, the zinc layer type reaching GI, the highest strength level reaching 780Mpa. The main production units include one push-pull pickling unit, one

acid rolling combined unit, two continuous annealing units, onecontinuous hot-dip galvanizing unit, three heavy coil units and three semi-automatic packing units; the supporting construction includes hot-rolled coil transportation system, grinding roller room and corresponding public auxiliary facilities.
